This video documents a tense phone call between Alexandre Azire, a CEO, and Stéphanie Houget, Director of Urssaf PACA (French social security collection agency). The call was initiated by Urssaf following Azire's viral video alleging significant overcharges.
- The conflict began with Urssaf demanding €350 from Azire's company, despite 12 years of timely payments. Previous Urssaf explanations for the claim were deemed "ubuesques." 🤦♂️
- Azire's investigation, triggered by the €350 claim, uncovered Urssaf had over-collected nearly €3,000 in charges over five years, verified by Urssaf’s own official payment records. 💸
- Azire's legal counsel has already seized the Social Security Affairs Tribunal (TAS), and he intends to file a criminal complaint for organized fraud. ⚖️
- Ms. Houget, acknowledging Azire's viral video, proposed an "exchange." Azire rejected this, demanding Urssaf verify the €3,000 overpayment, issue a full refund, and cover his legal costs. 📞
- Houget's suggestion of "rounding errors" as the cause was refuted by Azire, emphasizing the magnitude of the discrepancy. 🔢 Azire stressed his actions are driven by "principle," seeking justice. ✊
This situation underscores the critical importance of rigorous financial verification against official entities and the power of public platforms to compel institutional accountability. The case will now proceed through the courts.
