As a crypto financial analyst, the speaker opens with a strong short-term bullish conviction, despite acknowledging the market's current stagnation, encapsulated by the phrase "Web3 is dead, long live Web3." The core thesis is that a significant cyclical rotation is imminent, demanding strategic positioning in specific cryptocurrencies.
- Market State & Thesis: 💀 The current Web3 market lacks liquidity and volatility, appearing "dead." This is partly due to AI siphoning off market attention and capital, yet the analyst sees this as a precursor to a major upswing.
- Lessons from 2021 ⏪: Drawing parallels to March 2021, when catalysts like Tesla accepting Bitcoin and Visa integrating USDC payments ignited the market, the speaker anticipates similar, powerful triggers that will propel the next bull run.
- Key Catalyst: RWA 🔗: Real World Assets (RWA) are identified as the primary narrative for the next market cycle, transforming traditional finance onto decentralized rails. Ethereum is deemed the undisputed leader and central blockchain for this structural shift.
- 3 Pillars of the Next Surge: 💡 Three factors could trigger the next major bull run:
- Falling interest rates, injecting new liquidity into financial markets.
- The approval and adoption of Altcoin ETFs, expanding beyond Bitcoin spot ETFs.
- Mass adoption by GAFAM (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon) of Web3 technologies, particularly decentralized digital identity (DID), crypto payments, and the tokenization of usage.
- Altcoin Bets 🪙: The analyst favors established cryptos like Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and XRP, alongside Bitcoin. However, a particularly strong conviction is placed on Basic Attention Token (BAT) due to its readiness for mass adoption and utility-driven model.
- Conclusion & Strategy: 💰 Despite the difficulty in timing the market, the bullish conviction remains high, driven by institutional interest (BlackRock, Vanguard, JP Morgan). The strategy emphasizes maintaining cash reserves to capitalize on potential market dips and betting on RWA as the predominant catalyst over AI for the decentralized space, expecting a significant, prolonged upside.
